Considering 3rd & a little scared.

Hi there...I will keep this as short as I can. I have a rectocele, cystocele, uterine & an internal rectal prolapse as the nice little cherry on top. This all happened after the birth of my first baby at age 25. I managed to stabilise a little after that birth. I have since had a second baby (11 months pp) ..and I am now 28. Things are pretty bad. I had a second vaginal birth because I felt confident I could. Bad decision for me. Things are wayyy worse. I cannot poop without "completing" it with an irrigation system. Gah.

Overwhelmed

Foul smell and discharge

Hi I'm new here I want to know what you guys use for smell instead of the Trimosan (which I hear is not the best).
Also what about discharge I'm finding I wear a panty liner 24/7 because of this. Any help would be appreciated, oh and I have a uterine prolapse I'm 53 no children and I have a heart condition.

Questions..

Urethral Prolapse

I saw my Primary Care Dr today. I suspected that I might have some type of prolapse. She performed a pelvic exam and concluded that I have what appears to be a Urethral Prolapse. She advised me to use a sitz bath twice a day, use a natural lubricant, such as raw honey or coconut oil, drink plenty of water and practice bladder training. She said to give these things about a month if my symptoms don't improve to call her. Has anyone had this diagnosis? Will the posture and fire breathing help this sort of prolapse? I don't see this mentioned on this forum.

New to prolapse and new to the forum

Hello everyone, I just joined the forum this week and thought I'd introduce myself. I'm here of course because I want to avoid surgery so I'm so infinitely thankful for this site! Unfortunately I did have my uterus and one ovary removed ten years ago in my more naive days. I can't dwell on the past though and need to make the best of my current situation.

Just starting WW - what to expect

Hello ladies,

I apologize if there are lots of other threads about this, I have searched a bit but it is hard to isolate this topic with a keyword search, and with 2 littles I have very little time to research.

So...I am 3 days into doing the posture. Trying to keep it all the time, and I feel exhausted!! My low back is achy and tired, my thighs are stiff from squatting, my tummy feels weird and I almost feel like I can't get enough breath. Is this just a normal transition? How long will it last, or am I maybe doing something wrong?

New to Forum

I'm not sure if I'm posting correctly, but here goes. I'm a 68 year old, very active. I suspect that I have some sort of prolapse, but not sure which type. I have a Dr. appointment on Monday and hope to get a diagnosis. I've been experiencing a burning sensation after I urinate for some time now. Saw a Urologist and he performed a Cystoscopy. He found nothing unusual and suggested that it is just an overactive bladder. However, ever since my procedure I've felt like I have a ping pong ball inside my urethra.
