Diagnosed with an Inclusion Cyst--symptoms exactly like cystocele

Hi everyone,
I was diagnosed with an inclusion cyst 2 weeks ago. I was originally diagnosed with cystocele 5 months ago, but I went for a follow-up with a new gyno. She sent me for a transvaginal ultrasound, and I have a 2 cm cyst on my anterior vaginal wall.

It behaves just as a cystocele is described here--bulges out when I stand, goes away when I lie down...she said I should just watch it, and if it becomes bothersome I can have surgery to take it out.

trampoline

Will someone help me decide to use a trampoline or not to use one. Will it cause my prolapse to be worst or will it help it.

Sometimes hysterectomy is unavoidable

I suffered from pelvic prolapse for a few years but was strongly against hysterectomy as a solution - although that was the only thing that all my doctors recommended. I even cancelled one date for surgery - would rather live with the prolapse!

Last fall I experienced some post-menopausal bleeding and biopsy indicated uterine cancer. Again I was scheduled for hysterectomy, and this time I knew I would be going through with the surgery. And I was terrified.

What do you do with your children?

You mommies: What do you do with your children while you're trying to do the workout video?

It was already suggested that I use frozen blueberries to keep them occupied while I spend my entire morning (okay, maybe not the *whole* entire morning) sitting on the potty trying to convince the tube of toothpaste to squeeze itself. So to speak.

lichen sclerosus

I was diagnosed with LS about 7 months ago. Some days I don't want to live anymore. Not feeling very much energy yesterday I was online looking for yet more information and found your website. I read your abstract several times from start to finish. I am a chemist by education now working in healthcare. How is the red clover working for you----do you feel you are now cured? I've been on a whole long list of treatments and basically nothing has relieved my symptoms.

After the birth

I could not lift my left leg after the baby was born. I dragged it around for several days before it slowly regained strength. It doesn't bother me any more, but.....what happened? My midwife was baffled at the time. Did I do something to a muscle or ligament?

I talked with her yesterday (it's been 7 months since the birth) and she said in her 15 years of midwifery and 30 years of nursing in L&D, she's never seen a prolapse as bad as mine.

That wasn't very encouraging.

Fibroid prolapse with uterus prolapse

Hi! I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to place this post, but I'll give it a try. Apologies if it's wrong.

Anyway, I have a prolapsed fibroid and uterus. I've been to two doctors who suggest hysterectomy because they feel they'll be able to find out whether or not cancer is included.

WELCOME BACK, EVERYONE!

Hello dear Whole Women!

It's been a long eight weeks, but here we are in our beautiful WWVillage. After we were hacked, we put our heads together and decided - okay. let's roll out our dream of the Whole Woman Village.

I basically babysat Nori while Nik and Lanny created the entire thing - sheer genius! I love it all and must believe this is where I was destined to "live" for the long-term. Who wants to pay for thatched roof repairs anyway!

I miss you all so much! See you soon.

Love from Christine

Q for Christine

Dear Christine,
Thank you for all that you do. I am already seeing results from the bits and pieces I’ve gleaned from your site, not to mention the amazing support system that resides there. I’ve just gotten your book and DVD, so looking forward to learning so much more.
I have a question that I hope you can help me with. Because I have a urologist appointment this coming week, I am hoping to learn a bit more before I see him. I don’t like going in blind, and feeling that I‘m at a doc‘s mercy because he knows so much more than I.

Continuing to exercise

I have belonged to a health club for several years and now that I have a prolapsed bladder I need to hear from people what types of exercises at the gym I should be avoiding and which ones have helped. I have days when I feel nothing and days when I'm afraid to look how far my bladder has dropped. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
