"natural orifice surgery"

I’ve seen buzz in the news over the past couple of years regarding this surgery. The concept is so very misleading! The vagina is NOT a “natural opening”, but a closed system not unlike the scrotum. This surgery can only be performed in hysterectomized women - no doubt a potentially Huge reservoir for donated kidneys. It is DEEPLY HAYWIRE that they make no mention of the long-term risks of hysterectomy.

Lose Your Belly with Christine

Hi Everybody,

Yesterday I started on a commitment to lose my fat belly in six weeks. Groundhog’s Day seemed like the perfect time to start, given the Spring Equinox is six weeks away. I really don’t want to carry this weight into summer. I’d like to inspire and encourage any others who might be thinking along similar lines. Want to remind you that all bellies aren’t created equal. I think we can differentiate between a healthy mama-belly and the “spare tire” of middle age. Mine is of the latter variety and I’m determined to lose it healthfully.

:) Christine

Does anyone have this?

Alternating between soft mushy stools almost everyday and maybe a day or so of not really going and then having soft mushy stools all day long and having to go 6-7times. I have an appointment with a gastro dr. today (again) trying to figure this out. Also, my hair has seemed to thin out so much that the part stands out much more than normal; and, I have the most dry hands and feet no amount of moisturizer helps.

massage

Hi all,
I just wanted to know...does anyone get massages? Someone who is training offering to do sessions, and just want to be sure it's okay for my POPs...

thanks!

Raising HGH levels

Hi Everyone,

water/swimming

Hello ladies. I've been swimming more lately and have found that it is an amazing form of exercise for me now. I feel a lot of aching pain and pressure with my prolapse, but when I'm in the water I feel absolutely perfect. I've found, though, that when I get in the pool, water just goes straight up into my vaginal canal. It pushes everything up with it, which is great, but I hate the fact that I'm bathing my cervix in chlorinated water.

this posture works!

Hi ladies. I just wanted to say that this posture really does work. I noticed a bulge about two weeks ago when I was four weeks postpartum. I freaked out!

prayers for Louise

This is a post for Louise, hoping she is safe and sound as tremendously high temperatures and fires ravage the SE of Australia. I believe she lives in the SW and don’t know if the weather has been similar there.

Hoping you get your computer problems solved soon, Louise, and praying that all is well. You are greatly missed!

In Search of the Lost Feminine

Hi All,

I want to share about a lucky and synchronous experience I’ve had.

Dh and I were out and about a few days ago and as we walked past a local bookstore I asked if we could duck in briefly. He was anxious to get back to work (always - lol), but said ‘sure’. I don’t know why I even wanted to go in - I have a huge book stack to chew through - but breezed down the aisles until my eyes landed on this title: In Search of the Lost Feminine, by Craig S. Barnes. I glanced it over, took it to the cashier, and out of the store we flew.

Liquid fibre

Dear Friends,

This is Reka here, I have just changed my name because I was freaking out that people would recognise me from other places on the net.

I am sorry that I have not been around for a year and a half or so. The reason is that I am very well and I do not think much about my (considerable) prolapses. And with two small children and a part-time job I do not have much time, either. One day I will sure write down my personal story because when I first came here all I wanted to see were success stories...
