thrush

hi all,

so i know i havne't been here in ages! sorry....i'm trying so hard to reduce VDU use as per Chrisitne's LS thoughts that i'm out of touch with the world...i'll find balance some day.

but, thrush. Christine said Louise you are a bit of an expert on this so i'm seeking advice!
I have chronic thrush which it turns out was a majority of my LS symptoms for this flare up. once cleared up my symptoms were a ton better which was great (though still there, but that's another story...)

WW... Out and about...

I think we should have a 'space' here - ''WW out and about'' Showing other women new to the site that you CAN live with POP and live well...

Last Saturday we all went to the beach... And had a great time, made sandcastles, and stuff, then the heat got too hot and we went round this little market they had there... POPpy was fine - No sponge, no nothing - She held herself well all day...

New here

Hi everyone.

Emotional trip-ups

Just when I thought I'd read it all, I stumble upon, "Caucasian women with red hair seem to have the worst degree of prolapse and do not improve at all." ...Just my luck of the genetic draw. = : P

hello everyone!

Hello ladies!!

I have not been here in a while and have not kept up with any posts...I hope that you are all finding your way and making progress...

Dr. Phil

A friend of mine told me she saw this woman on Dr. Phil who was complaining about her uterus falling out. She said she had a phobia about surgery. I looked for it online and found this-
Then, Dorine says her life has been unbearable ever since her uterus dropped out two years ago. She says she can’t exercise, go to the beach or even have sex because of her condition. Is surgery the only answer?

rectocele and colonscopy

Hi all,
This is my first time posting to the forum. I love this site and am using a lot of the suggestions. I am having pelvic problems which I never thought could occur! Funny how POP is not well known.

Bliss Balm for hair trial

Hi All you goddesses out there in Wholewomanland

I just discovered that a tiny bit of Bliss Balm brushed through my longish, freshly-washed and dried hair calms the fuzz and makes it a bit less slippery, and easier to tie up loosely. I have yet to refine the technique and to try one of the other less solid balms as well to see which works best.

Just sitting there

How come I experience incontinence with no warning, while I am merely sitting at a desk or in a chair (say, at a restaurant)? I get up, go to the rest room, and discover I have sprung a leak. That's the type of incontinence this cystocele has generally produced. It can also be brought on by exercise, but the most frustrating thing is the "just sitting there" sneak attack.
