note from Esira PU

hi all,
long time forum member sent an email to us yesterday and she asked me to post it on the forum on her behalf.

Just want to say Hi from a grateful silent supporter. Early days when I contacted the forum, then bought the book & video, my friends and I were amazed at the simplicity of Christine's concepts and delighted with the empowerment they brought.

It is a few years on now, and I move with comfort, having retrained my posture...... that is all I needed to do.

cleaning after bm

I didn't know how else to state it. Lately I seems to have a problem getting myself clean after a bm. My stool isn't loose but it seems there is a lot left behind to clean. Just wonder if this is a sign things are getting worse. Sorry for such an indelicate subject.

Diastasis recti and First aid DVD

Hope I'm posting this in the right spot...:

I'm stressed and confused and am hoping someone can help. I wish Christine popped on here more but I also know some 'Veterans' are super smart on here so, please....I'd love some opinions and help.

I got my FAFP DVD and am excited and love it. My problem is: I have diastasis recti. I'm told by physio (family member who agrees with WW posture 100%), that I must heal this.

Weight loss

I have a cystocele...and it's pretty pronounced. I am also bottom heavy... (But also in the process of a diet). I've read a few older posts that state losing weight may actually aggravate the situation? Did I read that correctly? It seems that the extra weight on my lower portions would be working against me in terms of pulling things down further. Any thoughts?
Thank you!

New here - where to start?

I just found this site and am confident I finally found the right resource and community for me.

That said, I'm having trouble finding answers to my various questions, and understanding where/how to get started. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I am 7 mo postpartum and have stage 2-3 cystocele and rectocele. I am highly motivated to solve this, don't trust that most medical professionals know how to treat this, and am on board with posture being central to the solution.

WW posture in Yequana Tribe

Hi

Here is a link to some WW pictures that I find interesting from a tribe in the jungles of South America. They really have accentuated WW posture but look so different than we do in the West.

It's still a big thing for me to get over having a belly having always worked to have a flat one.

Hi everyone,

It Works!

I am ecstatic because I have just been shifting tons of snow for a couple of hours ,doing my best to keep in posture when I could and BINGO no symptoms of my stage three cystacyle after all the strenuous work, not sure of spelling! I am so pleased as a bad cough had set me back so far just two months ago. I followed the First Aid for Prolapse exercises and the posture when walking my dog and over time things got better again. I know there will be worse days but I also know that this site and Christines work and helpers are the answer to all my prolapse problems,ThankYou All.

Forum:

Hello ladies,

fell off the whole foods wagon,

Forum:

Over Christmas I slowly but surely ate less whole foods and and ate more processed foods ( cookies, candies, ) am now paying the price. Has anyone else had trouble getting the digestive system back to good order after a lapse of sensible thinking. My rectocele gives me far more trouble when I do not eat whole grains fruit and veg, and even though I have been eating properly now for two weeks I am still having trouble. This is so frustrating,
