Where has my orgasm gone????

A bout of stomach flu last week has set me back and I've had a couple of pretty rubbish days with the on off urges and full rectum feeling again. Horrible but I figured all that vomiting was going to have to have a detrimental affect on my cystocele and rectocele and hopefully I'll get to feel better again soon.

Newbie not sure where to start, some limitations on exercise

HI everyone,
I have a rectocele and do not want to have surgery. I have just discovered this site and like what I see so far. I have watched the youtube videos and I have a problem. I am 62 years old, and I am not sure that I could do the exercises as I cannot get down onto the floor and I cannot get onto my knees (I had a total knee replacement four months ago). However, I do exercise at the moment (going to the hospital exercise physiology dept. to continue my rehab) and I walk.

Confused over kegels

Hi,
I'm new to the site but have had Christine's book for some time and found it so useful.
I have managed my prolapse quite well for 10 years but now it is really severe and affecting my life.

Smears with prolapse

Hi i have posted before about the problem of having a smear with a 3rd degree prolapse. I went for regular smears at my local docters surgery and saw the same nurse in fact she said smears with a prolapse was easier because you dont need a speculum. However when i went for my last one that nurse had left the docters,i saw two nurses who seemed to have no idea how to do a smear on me.it left me dreading my next one that is due now. I would like to know if it is possible to get yourself removed from the smear register i have read you can sign a disclaimer form.

Cystocele with Osteoporisis

I was diagnosed with a stage II cystocele at the end of December 2014. At that time my GYN told me to never strain. I have followed the Saving the Whole Woman book exercises and they have helped. Now, I have been diagnosed with full osteoporisis. My T scale score is really bad. My Rheumatologist wants me to start impact exercises to help rebuild my bone density. How do I handle impact exercise while trying to manage my bladder prolaspe?

My first post.

I am happy to find this sight. I have been getting confusing information since my prolapse incident 2 weeks ago. I do not fit ANY of the traditional criteria for typical prolapse. If I read one more list that includes smoking, being overweight, out-of-shape… I am going to scream. I've cried out of pure frustration about as much as I can cry.

Newbie

Warm greetings! I am brand new to the site, and it looks extremely promising. I haven't tried any of the techniques yet, but I am working on it. I am curious to know if anyone has experienced any of the following:

Aussie Soul Sister's Hips testimonial

I thought it would be a good idea to place a link to Soul Sis' hips thread right here in the Chonic Hip Pain forum, in case a newbie with hip issues should come browsing here! Must reading!!

Another thought on feet and dance

Just wanted to jump in here for a second and add to the many wonderful posts that have recently been discussing areas 'south' of prolaspse ;)..knees, feet, toes, etc

WW Posture and position of knees

Forum:

I want to make sure I'm walking with my knees in the correct position. I understand from Saving The Whole Woman, the knees should be facing front over the ankles. Re: the section on Position of the Feet It says the knees should be positioned over the middle toes of the feet. Are these two descriptions pretty much the same thing? Or not? I'm not sure. I would appreciate any comments.
