Hi Everyone

allergy meds

So, this may not seem like it has any link here with prolapses but...
has anyone on here (who is very prone to constipation) taken allergy meds? i'm suffering horribly with hayfever and usually deal with it as naturally as i can until i hit total misery point and then take a claritin or something for a few days.

well, i'm at misery point...

Pedaled - now worse for wear...

Before my house of cards fell, I biked regularly, pedaling both stationary (upright) and on the road (MI weather permitting). After feeling pretty okay throughout the day today, with my prolapsed organs tucked comfortably just inside, and just as importantly, my prolapsed emotions tucked fairly neatly as well, I decided to hop on my stationary bike this evening. I had laid off from healthy aerobic exercise for far too long in my wallowing and figured it would do my body and mind some good to start breathing again. I pedaled for 30 vigorous minutes this evening. It felt so good...

Foods for menopause

Hey women

You are about to find out what sort of sick individual I am.

We all know about the benefits of flax seed. Here is my newest and most exciting flax recipe yet, designed to solve all my perimenopause problems at once. It is a drink, called ...

Not Bloody Mary Anymore

1tbsp flax seed, ground with a mortar and pestle
Add one cup of tomato or mixed vegetable juice
Add one or two shots of vodka (according to the situational challenge you are dealing with at the time.)
Season to taste.
Mix well.

anatomy, mine that is

Hey, I am new. I am a friend to alemama, who is working me over with her naula biz, very cool stuff. Just a bit of effort, though less successful that my trim and fit friend, gave me a pretty sore belly. (in a good way)

So, I am here reading your goodies and getting to know the flavor. I decided I would like to get some info if anyone is willing to share. I tried searching and just enjoyed fun conversation, but didn't get the answers I am looking for yet.

Here is the deal: I am trying to figure out why my anatomy is changing, what I can do about it, and what the goal is.

endometriosis

HI all,
I remember a while ago Christine posted about a forum of women finding natural ways to deal with endometriosis, but can't find it through the search function. Can anyone post it again? want to pass it onto a friend.

thanks!

Bleeding from prolapse

It has been quite some time since I kept up on the website. Have a uterine prolapse. Am 64 yrs old. Don't know if I have any cystocele or rectocele issues but don't seem to have symptoms from that. Now recently concerned about some bleeding. Have had very minor and very occasional bleeding for a long time. 3 yrs. ago my Gyn did biopsy and it came back as non-cancerous. Twice now - at night and before rising in the morning, have had quite a bit of bleeding, mostly from a couple of small clots. Then nothing during the following day. Any reason for concern?
