Have hurt myself

Have had fairly bad cystocele for around 20 years (am now 79.) Did not want surgery - eventually found Christine's site and on reading the forum topics etc I stopped doing usual kegels - other than Christine's 'new kegels' and video exercises and so on. Seemed to be doing OK - though didn't like the feel of 'something down there' or sight when I bathed etc. Stupidly around 3 weeks ago after using the loo I tried to push it back up. Next time I used the loo I found I was bleeding - not too much but enough to scare me.

Cysts on ovaries

What's anyone's opinion of removing ovaries with cysts and Fallopian tubes to have piece of mind not to get cervical cancer. I am 70, so way past menopause. I told gynecologist I do not want a hysterectomy.

Are they completely different or is the Miraculous video a newer version of the other one?
Thanks!

New here

I am 66 years old and had cervical cancer two years ago. I had radiation and chemo and so far I am cancer free. I wish I had known about this site years ago. I had fibroid tumors 15 years ago and doctor put me on low dose birth control pills because I was having heavy bleeding. He told me that once I went through menopause the fibroid tumors would probably shrink and I wouldn't have any more problems. went through menopause when I was 56. Didn't have any night sweats, hot flashes or any other symptoms other than periods stopped. Had normal pap smears until four years ago.

How long before posure becomes comfortable and normal?

Forum:

I have been doing the posture and exercises for about three weeks now, even had a consultation with Christine, so I know my posture is good. However, I still hurt. My upper back hurts, my sciata hurts more, I am even now having some groin pain on both sides. I'm worried that maybe I have more hernias other than just the prolapse ones - like groin hernia. I can walk in posture just fine, but sitting I begin to ache. Should I already be there, am I doing something wrong? Or is it normal still at this stage to be aching from sitting in posture? Thanks!

New here and feel desperate

Dear WW ladies,

New here.....

Hello wonderful ladies. After reading/browsing this site for a week, I've worked up the courage to post :). Three -four weeks ago, while at work, whenever I bent over, I would feel a pressure/popping on my cervix. But that's the only time I felt anything. But I became more and more concerned, thinking I might have a tumor on my cervix. Well, over a week ago, I went to the bathroom, and while wiping felt a bulge. Using the camera on my phone, I was able to see the horror leaving my body. Stayed up all night on the internet, diagnosed myself with a cystocele.
