New User - Possible Prolapse - Questions!

Hi all,

I am to this website but from what I can see, you all seem incredibly supportive of each other so I hope someone can offer me some advice here.

Vulva pain

Hello! It's been ages since I logged on. For any new members reading this, this WW way of life really makes a difference to your quality of life. I'm forever grateful for it. My issue is vulva pain. It's as if it's mildly swollen or bruised for 1-2 days during ovulation and then same pain but more severe on the heaviest day of my period. Only relieved if I sit or lie down. I'm having to really chart and predict which day I'll receive that pain each period and avoid planning much that day - even standing cooking a meal is painful. Anyone else experience this?

General Question about website use

I have frequently read on the site recently that people are struggling to afford to buy the ww materials and note the discussion recently has revolved around 'what is posture?' because the video that used to be free to access has been taken down.

I Really Need Advice Doctors Are Not Helping. Nothing Has.

Hello I did not even know what a prolapse was until about 6 months ago. I woke up last June with feelings of a UTI and I am still feeling the same but worse things are happening. I read through here for hours and dont really know what the posture thing is or how it works. I will apologize in advance that I am not very good with computers so maybe I missed something? I have had 2 full time jobs and had to leave one about 2 mos. ago due to my painful situation.

Please help.

Hi there. I'm new to the forum although I've heard about Christine and her work in the past. I live in England and have recently realised I have a prolapse of some kind which came on after helping move a heavy desk. I've had the sensation of something inside me in the past after caring for my mum which could be heavy, but it went away. This time I had a very slight leak of urine and a feeling of something in my bottom which went away after a chiropractic treatment. The sensation of fullness in my vagina is back but the leak and sensation in my bottom have gone.

New...not sure if this is prolapse

Hi,

Seeing progress..but question about rectal symptoms

Hi all,
I just wanted to say that since noticing my prolapse a little over a month ago and adopting the posture and reviewing the DVDs, my symptoms are much better than when they started.
When they first came I had a strong pressure feeling like during labour like something was pushing down. I also had some incontinence with activity and no longer have this! I'm truly hopefully that my postpartum body is healing.

Prolapse on 'Call the Midwife' on PBS

Tonight on the PBS program 'Call the Midwife' Season 5 (takes place in 1961 in east London in a poor neighborhood), where midwives deliver babies. The program tonight was about an older woman who was having problems with prolapse, but she had told no one and had no idea what was wrong with her. She was examined by the doctor and told she had Prolapse of the womb. The woman was so surprised! The doctor said she could have surgery to take care of the problem. I was amazed as I just heard about prolapse last year!!

I'd advise watching this program if you can see it online on PBS.
