Vitamin E

Having disposed of my pessary some months ago due to recurrent UTIs, still get staining and occasional spotting on pad after heavier exercise. Have been recommended to smear contents of a Vitamin E capsule in vaginal entry around slightly protruding prolapsed bladder. Any comments? Still working on WW stuff every day. Things better than they were!

I feel it but don't think I'm seeing it (prolapse!)

Good day all,

I'm still somewhat new to the world of prolapse and am wondering if anyone else has experienced similar signs/symptoms as me or can shed some light.

Has been a long time since I did not post anything on the forum.
Was for a long time without symptons of bulging or pain, or anything, only a bit of urinary incontinence, but have just order the program, but always my posture is in my daily living.
Since about 5 years ago, I was suffering, from sigmoidcele, also uterine and bladder prolapse, the whole package, this site has helped me tons, but the years go by, and I got better and better.

Need help or advise from experienced ladies here,

Question re: DVD

Hi. I ordered and just yesterday received the 1st Wheel DVD. Today, I had time to take a look.

I'm a bit confused as I am unable to stop and back up the DVD. Nor can I fast forward backward or forward. And if I stop it, since I need to pop off my computer and then a bit later I bring it back up to play, it starts all over. I don't see an index on the DVD, nor chapters.

Pessary for prevention of uti after sex

I have a POP and slight recotocel. Started getting frequent uti after sex.
Have tried everything natural to prevent and now resorting to antibiotics after sex. My nurse practitioner suggested to try a Pessary just during sex to prevent trauma to my bladder. Just trying to find a solution. Does anyone else have experience with this?

Recently diagnosed with uterine prolapse aged 72.

Hi, I am not even sure whether I should be on here. Am I being too optimistic thinking there is a non surgical solution to my prolapse? It all started with summer of 2014 with pain in the groin. This progressed out to my right pelvis and down the inside of my right thigh to just below my knee. Here in France there is an excellent health care system and within a week I was diagnosed with a herniated disc S2/S3. I spent the first three months of 2015 in agony and was hospitalised on three occasions for various treatments.

NuStep Exercise Machine

Has anyone, with a prolapse, exercised on a NuStep?

We have a NuStep (purchased years ago for my father-in-law, for rehab; he lived in our detached studio, and we assisted him with his care for 12 years -- just a l little for about 6 years and then extensively the rest of the years).

He passed on at 96 in Oct 2013. I have used the NuStep, only about 4 times total, about 2 years ago … all prior to my prolapse Dx in Spring 2015. In the past I have preferred outdoor exercising, instead.
