right groin, hip, leg pain

Has anybody experienced right groin, hip and leg pain? My vaginal prolapse recently got much worse and is bulging down through the right side vaginally, sort of like a ridge with a bulge. I also have a stage 3 bladder prolapse. At the same time I have been experiencing all of this left flank, groin, hip and even leg pain as it radiates down into my upper leg. Is this normal? I am 62.

New and making sense of my symptoms

Hi,
I just posted yesterday for the first time and am thankful for the welcome and support I've
Already received. I realize there is a lot of info on the forums that have been helpful to read. I'm a bit pressed for time lately though, so thought I'd just ask instead of trying to sift through the info right now.

Vaginal Kung Fu...I'm on a roll!

You are all my WW students and I so hope you will take a few minutes to continue your education. Check out the blog for yet another WW lesson!

New...6 months postpartum...scared...help!

Hi all,
I've been reading about prolapse for the past 10 days and am now writing because I am breaking down.
I have a 6 month old. I felt fine postpartum for the last several months so decided to start jogging a couple of weeks ago. I was about 5.5 months postpartum when I started.

Another blog post!

Well, my eager student (who is actually an OBGYN) keeps sending me subjects for my commentary. I figure if I'm going to take the time to respond to her and my other students, I might as well bring this important information to you as well!

I know I will never change the medical system, but will work the rest of my life waking women up to it!

Still enjoying the Whole Woman journey

Hello,

It's been ages since I last posted. My body continues to change and I continue to manage my symptoms using WW work :-)

Recently I got "Save Your Hips" and boy...I'm glad I finally did! The exercises are simple, but I can't believe how much I really needed them. Dealing with fascia has been so important in my journey.
I've been very lucky to be able to get some quality myofascial release, but it's no substitute for doing WW hip work. I believe it was your testimony Aussie Soul Sister that inspired me to go for it!

New prolapser

Trying to come to term with my prolapse diagnosis! Today not a good day this is scary! What do you do when bulge is worse? Is there anything I can do that will help? I have been trying new kegels and concentrating on correct posture. Thanks any advice would be appreciated!!

What to purchase?

Hi! I am 6 weeks postpartum with #3 and have been told I have a rectocele prolapse. :-/ I have done some searching of the forums and am still confused, err perhaps just overwhelmed, as to where to start exactly. Which program do I purchase for the exercises I need at this time in my life? Childbearing years? Goddness? Sorry if I'm blabbering, very overwhelmed by this newfound knowledge...
