pencil thin, strangly shaped stool

hello. Im sorry for posting this there but I really need your help. I have nobody to ask about it and I have no money at the moment to go to doctors. I have some strange shaped stool.. not pencil thin but thin.. not flat but more like flat than normal. I feel some mild discomfort after BM for 10 minutes no more... I always since childhood sit on toilet 20-30 minutes and strain but I have no constipation. I have no aabdominal pain or some serious rectal pain. I am emotional first i thought it was IBS but I have no other symptoms of IBS.

Uterus prolapse

What does this turn into in the long term?

What can I expect 50 years from now?

Vault Prolapse

I’ve never done a post before, but I see there is a wealth of people with information here, so hoping someone might have some ideas for me.

Urethra advice/

I had a Urine sample examined and there was what they called a trace of blood in it. I then had an Ultra sound on Bladder & Kidneys. The result came back, nothing significant but my family Dr. asked if I would be willing to see a Urologist. I said yes as I thought it might be a good idea to talk to someone on this matter. Today I have been given an appointment to have a catheter with a small camera attached to look into my Bladder, I thought the appointment would be just for a consultation. Has anyone had this done and if so did it do any damage at all. I am 80 years old.

Hyper-mobile Urethra

I am now 5 months postpartum and am having some new symptoms. Joy! My urethra has dropped about 1-2cm depending on where my cystocele is (which seems like a lot!) and has been giving me the most trouble. I read in the book that once the urethra drops it can become hyper-mobile, outside the realm of intra-abdominal pressure. Once this happens, am I just at the whims of gravity, slowly pulling my urethra down even more? The area of tissue that has been stretched by my droopy urethra is very sore, and I am all of the sudden having a little bit of incontinence.

Menopause and Prolapse and Spotting

I am 55 years old, it's been about 2 years since I have had a period. Lately I have had some spotting. This concerns me because I don't know if it is normal with the uterine prolapse or normal after menopause or if it's something to worry about. Has anyone else dealt with this?

Bladder/Lower Abdominal Sensations

Hi all, I've been here before. I'm about 17 mo post-partum now and lately/for some time I've noticed this nearly constant "feeling" in my lower abdomen/bladder region. It almost feels like it extends internally from just near my clitoris, up to just above my bladder. It's a hard sensation to describe, not a pain, but it's just "there." I feel the area, like energy. Like I feel my internal workings when I shouldn't feel them. Just today I had the thought that maybe it's mild bladder spasms? Just today I started googling. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this feeling too.

The book - Prolapse Exercises Inside Out Physiotherapy Guide for Women

Forum:

Has anyone on the WW forum ever heard of the book Prolapse Exercises Inside Out Physiotherapy Guide for Women by Michelle Kenway? I believe she has a website or Youtube videos as well. Are her suggestions any good? I am so careful with my exercises and maintain the WW posture when doing them but I want to strengthen my abdominal muscles and would like some more ideas/help. I use 3 pound weights for my arms and legs. I also have all three prolapses so they might be holding each other up - for now.
