Is phenoazopyridine cheating?

You know...the stuff like Azo or Uricalm that relieves bladder pain for a while, but turns your urine orange.
Not for regular use, I mean...but for bad days when you have to do something.

I would prefer not using anything ever, but there are times when it would be nice to numb things up a little.

Your Top Strategies List

Forum:

Maybe a top 5, maybe 3.
But what I'd like to know is this:
I know that attention to the WW posture is #1, but...
If you've found relief for your pop symptoms, what would you include in a list of most important practices?

A Honey question

I am wondering if anyone has used "Hockley Raw Organic Honey" from Ontario Canada, if so I would love to hear your comments as I am thinking about sending for some to use on my Prolapsed Uterus that is looking a bit sore around the Cervix opening, my Dr. said it would make it worse but I know Christine and many others really have found it helps them.

SEASON"S GREETINGS

how to use honey

Could someone point me to posts, blogs, or articles about how one would use honey vaginally? I keep seeing references to how it might help with vaginal health, but can't find any guidelines.

I could use an outline...

Hi...
I'd like veteran members' advice on how to use WW material, and steps to take as I incorporate this info into my life.

1. I bought the book and the First Aid for Prolapse dvd. Should I add some of the other dvds to that? If so, can they be bought individually, as I don't need to buy the full bundle and get the things I already have?

2. I could really use advice on EVERYTHING...sitting, chairs, sleep position, rest...
What would work best? Just reading everything in the forum? Did you find you could search for specific topics in the blog section?

Sex and rectocele

I am 65 and post-menopausal. I'm having problem with sex and my rectocele.
Often, when having sex, especially in certain positions, I leak poop. Most unpleasant for my partner and me.
The only suggestion my doctor has given is using glycerin suppositories a few hour before sex. Helps a bit but what about being spontaneous?
Suggestions, please!

Planning a pregnancy with existing prolapse

Hi ladies. Here is a quick history of my experience with prolapse to start with. During my third pregnancy I developed a rectocele. This was only apparent from 10-16 weeks then seemed to disappear completely. During my fourth pregnancy the rectocele re-emerged at 9 weeks and also it was found that my uterus was slightly prolapsed. This improved from week 14 until week 20 and after pregnancy did not bother me at all, things do feel more "loose" down there but nothing bulging out.
