Post partum prolapse success stories

Hi all

I am new here. 6 months post partum. Have a mild cystocele and rectocele. Much worried about rectocele. Does ww techniques help rectocele?any success stories?

Confused

I'm feeling confused about what is happening. I'm a FTM and 8wpp. I'm pretty sure I have a cystocyele and rectocle. I'm pretty devestated about it all as I never thought this would happen given I'm 34 and practiced my pelvic floors, did yoga, pretty active pre pregnancy etc etc. I think I'm over the daily crying about it now.

day to day helpful hints

There does not seem to be an active forum about hips. I am sure there are many women out there who have been diagnosed with hip arthritis or hip pain who have interesting questions and interesting tips on managing day to day activities.I would love to hear from them. Christine said that she is on several hip blogs, which ones are these? I was diagnosed a year ago with advanced osteoarthritis of of the right hip. It seemed to come on qite suddenly. I have been doing WW exercises and using walking poles for longer walks. At this time my walking is more painful and I bike for execise. The dr.

Emotional breakdown from rectocele

I am really struggling right now. I was diagnosed with a rectocele last week after my gyno told me I was too young to have one. I demanded she look again and she said it looked like I did. I am 9 months post partum and have been fine until now when I had a serious case of constipation that I am thinking stretched out the rectocele. Long story short ever since that bout of constipation it’s been an ongoing thing. I can no longer go to the bathroom. It doesn’t matter if it’s hard or soft I am unable to get anything out. I constantly feel my rectocele and it is causing me great anxiety.

Whole Woman Wisdom for the Childbearing Years

hi all,

we have just released christine's latest video by the title above. it is designed for the younger woman who is thinking about pregnancy or having additional children. this will be particularly useful for women who have suffered a miscarriage or pre-term birth in the past. As usual, the 1 hour video is chockablock with christine's insights and research. there is a 15 minute gentle exercise and self-massage program that will be particularly helpful for the new mom. it even includes instructions on making a simple, effective baby wrap carrier.

can prolapse can be improved by exersize (pelvic floor) or other?

Hi, i think i have prolapse - in fact I'm sure and I'm very very scared and embarrassed - far to embarrassed to go to the doctor. I came across this website when i was researching on-line about prolapse and I'm wondering if there are any non surgical things that can be done to help prolapse. I can feel my uterus bulging out of my vagina and am afraid that it might be too late to do anything. Is it too late for pelvic floor exercises or any other exercises?

HI ladies,

Prolapse and bleeding...

Help please! Can anyone tell me if they have had bleeding with a stage 3 bladder prolapse? I have noticed blood on my panties several times, and when I used the toilet once. This concerns me, as I am post menopause. I do not use Western medical doctors, and have never had surgery, yet I am thinking about seeing a gynecologist to find out why I am bleeding. Any comments will be much appreciated...
