Honey

Hi,I have been following Christine's advice and happily using raw organic honey for over a year and feel that this has indeed helped the flora in my vagina to be exactly as it should be ,no problems at all! When I suggested this as a solution for a friend she asked my why I do not get problems with yeast which she says honey causes.I wondered if it was because it was the raw organic honey I use.Is there an answer I can give to her please?

a question about shoulders

Forum:

So I understand that in the posture the shoulders should be down rather than rolled forwards or backwards but does that mean i should be actively pushing them down? Or is it just that they shouldn't be held forwards or backwards? Does that make sense?

Bacterial Vaginosis

New here...wanted input about uterine prolapse and fibroids

Hi there...so my story is that over the last 3 years, my asymptomatic 2 little fibroids I was diagnosed with when pregnant with my daughter 21 years ago, suddenly grew up, as I am entering the premenopausal stage I guess. At this point they are 10 and 12 cm, respectively. The 10cm is at the top of my uterus, and the 12 cm is in the cervix, and causing all kinds of problems. Just over a year ago, I felt a protrusion, and now it will not stay inside. I have a uterine prolapse, which the fibroids are complicating.

Am I still in the postpartum recovery period?

I have mild cystocele and rectocele, and am wondering if my cervix is also slightly prolapsed. I starting wondering at 4months pp, had mentioned pressure/ heaviness in episiotomy scar to the GP at my 6 week check actually but no suggestions, and finally dealt with it at 5 months pp. I think mentally I wasn't ready to deal with it before then, looking back now. My little boy is breastfed but is allergic via me to dairy, egg, beef so we had to deal with that first.

MS and Pelvic orgam prolapse

Hello everybody,
I wanted to share what has been going on with me. I am 61 years old with MS. I have been dealing with this for 7 years. The past three years I have developed a rectocele. I accidently came across the Whole Woman Web site. Bought the Book/DVD's and am so grateful. The posture, fire breath have already made me more comfortable (that is after only two days of starting this program.)

Urethracele uquestion

Anyone out there can give me any insight on urethracele? When you get a urethracele does it stay bulged out all the time? I can get Rectocele in position but this urethracele is new to me, if this is what I have... It is only the size of a pea but it is always there and never moves. It is even there in the mornings when I know my Rectocele kinda "resets" after 8 hours but this urethracele does not seem to reset at all! It is very frustrating and making me very depressed. Is this normal that once you get a urethracele it won't go back inside? Please help!

The "new" kegel

Forum:

I'm completely devastated by prolapse. I'm 7 weeks postpartum. I'm angry, anxious, and overwhelmed with this incurable problem.
I've scoured the internet hundreds of times. I've spent just as many hours reading everything over and over again.
I'm in pain.
It hurts to sit on a toilet. It's like my entire pelvic floor is stressed and stretched to where it hurts so bad and the only relief is getting off the open seat. As if the open seat allows everything to press down harder and sag as much as possible.

Good days and bad days of POP

I have joined this WW Forum for over six months. Did the initial first aid DVD, read Christine's Saving the Whole Woman book, purchased the three yoga DVD. A true believer in WW posture and fire breathing.
Still I have good days and bad days. Trying to figure out what cause these good days and bad days seems impossible. Any ideas? Any advices? Could it be related to diet? weather? mood?

Forum:

I'd like to start drinking Red Clover tea. Where can I get Red Clover and how do I prepare tea?
