Sleeping positions, sneeze

Forum:

Hi everyone,
Is there any specifications to how we should sleep as in can we sleep on our right, left side, on or stomach, or should we only sleep on our back?pillow or no pillow?
Also I have nasal allergies so lot of sneezing but I massage my nose a little when I feel like it and it stops. Is there anything wrong with that?

Tilted uterus or prolapse

I just typed out a long question on my phone, and lost it somehow. So I am going to make this post short. Is it possible that I really have a prolapsed uterus when my OB/GYN said that I have a tilted uterus? I am three years past menopause and I know I have a prolapsed bladder.

New line of work

Forum:

In my job as a housekeeper, it is hard to avoid lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, etc... My goal at this point is to move ahead and find a new line of work. There is a lot of pressure at work when we are busy and short-handed. For me staying hopeful is hardest at the end of a busy work day.
I cancelled my scheduled prolapse surgery.

Can a stage 4 uterine prolapse be helped by the new kagels?

Hi, I am new here and suffering from severe uterine prolapse. I have just joined this forum. Have been reading about the new kagels and the fire breathing exercises. Has the technique for fire breathing been included in the first aid kit yet? Would these exercises help keep the uterus inside the vagina? I have the urge to pee any time I am standing up and walking means the uterus is out of the vagina. I read that using a pessary is not a good idea. I had tried that a couple of years ago but didn't like the odor and the vaginal discharge..Help!

Prolapse, Bending and Lifting

Hi, I'm new here. I have a prolapsed uterus with cystocele. I've gone though Christine's First Aid for Prolapse and the Exercise Bundle, and I'm finding that the WW posture and the exercises are helping my prolapse. But I'm frustrated about bending and lifting because I'm not sure whether I'm doing it right, and it gets exhausting. I've been searching through the forum for more details about bending and lifting, but I'm a bit confused.

Uterine prolapse help

I’m 22 and I’m pretty sure I have an uterine prolapse. I’m almost 8 months pp and noticed something was up a couple days ago. Well, I’ve been feeling pain for awhile now but thought that was my body just getting back to normalcy. I got an IUD back in January and I thought maybe the pain was from the insertion and every now and then I would do something to trigger the horrible pressure in my pelvic region again.
