Hi WW,

Please check out the following article!

Here is my comment, in case you can't find it amongst the others (I had to edit it a bit to fit the 1500 character limit):

Newbie to this group

Hi there, I am 46 years old, and had a hysterectomy 3 years ago due to heavy bleeding and horrible periods. (now regretting not getting second opinion) I have had IBS-constipation my whole life and I think it is finally doing some damage, causing some prolapse, specifically rectocele from what I have read. I am interested in the posture everyone talks about on here, how do I go about getting information about that? I am extremely anxious about the issues I am having - vaginal and rectal pressure, restroom issues, etc. - and look forward to gaining some positive solutions here.

Forum:

I keep hearing about success with this training. Has anyone tried this? Doesn't seem to be anyone that does this in the US that I can find.

Thai Healing Massage

Forum:

I am wondering about what is Thai Healing Massage. Is this the same thing as Thai Massage? Is it safe for me to undergo this therapy since I have Moderate Thoracic Dextroscoliosis.

Cervical polyps and recommended for hysterectomy

I just had my annual exam and was told I have 3 very small cervical polyps inside my uterus, at the opening. She suggested having them removed because they can turn bad (cancer). I asked if that's possible given I have a stage 3 prolapsed uterus. She said yes. She also said she recommends a hysterectomy because of my prolapse, so can just do that instead of only the polyps removal. She also said we can just monitor each year, but I WILL eventually need a hysterectomy. :(

Encouraging, yet HONEST words are needed right now. Thank you!

Stairclimber

Forum:

Hey Ladies!

My favourite cardio machine at the gym is the stair climber. Any feedback on if this is good for utilizing the posture? In my head it would seem like a good thing as you lean a bit forward, I would just have to concentrate to not tighten my ab muscles.

Qeustion for christine

Hi Christine, I got the newsletter and write that you are advising on the subject of incontinence in Skype, do you also advise about the incidence of rectal prolapse? Thanks
