Progress?

Newly diagnosed with rectocele

I have recently been diagnosed with rectocele and it is ruining my life. I feel like my whole life revolves around my next bowel movement. I’m constantly afraid of the bulge I will feel if I need to push even the slightest bit. Sometimes it’s very uncomfortable and a bit painful. I am terrified to try to have sex. Even a tampon made me uncomfortable. I definitely do not want the surgery as it sounds awful. My doctor says it’s not that bad but to me it feels horrible. Anyone else dealing with this? How do I live life with this?

Exercising with a pessary

Forum:

I would like to know if it is safe to use a recumbent exercise bike when wearing a pessary?
I have low back pain and know the recumbent bike is better for your back than an upright one. Also they now have seated elliptical machines. I wonder if those are ok.

New one with cystocele

Hello, I'm new here, I am 38 years old and English is not my native language, so I'm sorry for mistakes. I am 10 months post partum, had some problem during very complicated birth (with 2 operations because of placenta). The cystocela appeared a few weeks after birth. For the last 2 months the condition is getting worse and I'm asking for advice, what to start with? Will you please advise me? I practise WW posture and Firebreathing and Nauli..Is this a good start? Thank you very much...

Diet

Forum:

Hi everybody!

I have recently switched to a diet which is for the most part an anti-inflammatory diet. But can someone help me understand exactly why a proper diet aides in prolapse healing? It just helps me stay on track if I understand why I am doing something.

Thanks :)

Another Question

Forum:

Does it help any to try to push things back into place? I was having a great day until I had a bowel movement and now its dropped again. Any suggestions around that? Hope these aren't dumb questions but I have literally only been dealing with this for about 10 days now so its all new to me.
