I don't understand...

I finally thought I'd found the "answer" for extra fiber and hot flashes with the flax seed. I grind it up and put it on my cereal in the morning. I got used to the taste and the hot flashes stopped---and even my migraines have really decreased since starting this.

It gets better

Hi all,

A New Female Yoga

Hi Everyone,

I want to share with you that over the course of the last few months I’ve developed a new firebreathing program which I’m currently offering each morning. It is very powerful treatment for prolapse based on breathing and natural spinal shape.

Please don’t be discouraged by naysayers! Our pelvic organ support system is very real and can be greatly improved by intensifying the very things that created it in the first place. If you are ever in my neighborhood, come take a class!

Underwear

I am having trouble finding the right fit! This is so embarassing :(

I was told recently that going back to a thong would feel better, so I bought the V Secret seamless ones, but they just aren't comfy. I've been wearing "Granny Panties" since I was 2 months pregnant. Now, at 17 weeks pp, I am wearing them with a pany lines to cushion my bits (still a little tender from my pop). I guess it's okay...but with summer here, I would like to wear a little less.

Any undie suggestions? Please be specific with brands if you can. Thanks!

Sea Sponge Question

Does anyone know if it matters where your sea sponges come from?

Just that I have seen a load being sold for artists and it says

''Hippospongia Communis” (Mediterranean Honey Comb or Woolsponge or Sheepwool) and Fina Sponges (Silky Grass). Their Greek name is Kapadikos and Matapas respectively. We have sponges in different size and shapes always with the same Best Greek Sea Sponges’s quality. Nothing beats the luxury of a Greek natural sea sponge.
''

They look in the pic the same as the other ones but cost a hell of alot less...

San Mateo support group?

Are there any members in the San Mateo, California area that would be
interested in forming a casual support group??
We could share tips and go for walks together.
i live in Foster City, and there is a great place to walk around the
water at Leo Ryan Park...there are convenient restrooms at two locations,
one of them being the Recreation Center.
Perhaps we could do lunch!
Hope to hear from you, linda

sleep posture

Does anyone know what posture is best for sleeping with cystocele and
rectocele??
Is there a posture you definitely should not use while sleeping in bed??

Also, i've started doing the excercises in the DVD, but sometimes it's not
clear to me "where" i'm supposed to be "feeling" the posture....
there are soooo many ligaments etc. ...i can't remember them all or their
location.

i'm using a wooden spoon for the Baton...hope that's ok. Been trying to
find a bed/floor desk like the one Christine uses in the DVD...Does anyone

decided not to have hysterectomy

I am 79 years and in reasonable good health I have a vaginal prolapse and sometimes rectal I am not incontinent I have been advised to ohave a hysterectomy but am almost 100% against it now. I am very active I dont have bleeding or anything like that.what do other members think? yea or nay?

How to dig myself out of a hole??

Hello, some of you know me already. Because I find the collective wisdom of the women here so great, I wondered it you'd help me with an emotional issue I have. As some of you know, I separated from my ex two and a half years ago (almost exactly to the month). Unfortunately, I seem to be stuck between a rock and a hard place with him - basic scenario is, when we get together for a coffee/chat, I end up at some stage getting hysterical - ie crying, yelling and begging him to come back etc.

Has anyone read this book?

A whole woman by Germain Greer?

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Whole-Woman-Germaine-Greer/dp/1862300577

Is it interesting?

I was writing a poem....

Called 'The colours of a woman' as yet unfinished and just begun...

For some reason in this I wanted to look at tie dye type T shirts - Cally is 'hippyish' But i find them beautiful - Especially in the purple deep shades - A natural dyed thing. Like a 'natural dyed woman' (Dyed by the colours brought to you by the stresses and strains of life)
